Meet your sleep Expert!
HI! I’m Christy, I am a Mom, OT, and the Morning Light sleep coach.
I’m a mom of two, a pediatric occupational therapist, and a certified sleep coach specializing in Association Fading. I support families who want sleep to feel calmer, more respectful, and more sustainable — without rigid rules or one-size-fits-all expectations.
My work blends professional experience, real-life parenting, and an understanding that sleep impacts the entire family system. If you’re looking for guidance that feels thoughtful, grounded, and realistic, you’re in the right place..
What is Association Fading ™ ?
There are many limiting beliefs in the pediatric sleep world.
You must trade in time for tears when sleep training.
You should expect up to 90 min of crying on average…
You must just cut them off, go cold turkey, leave the room.
The truth is there is another way. One where you can stay in the room, stay entirely responsive for your child, minimize your tears, and still see results. This is Association Fading ™, a program that utilizes natural, unique sleep patterns to naturally help your child fall asleep faster with a developmentally appropriate approach, where you stay in the room to responsively coach your child the whole way through.
Christy’s strengths include her knowledge and understanding. Being a first time mom, this all felt very new for me and sometimes overwhelming. She was very gentle and explained everything so well. She gave me grace and encouragement. She was also very knowledgeable on everything which made it easier.
Morning Light Sleep Programs
I believe families deserve sleep support that feels safe, respectful, and free from pressure or judgment. There is no single “right” way to approach sleep- only what works best for your family.
My work is guided by the belief that children thrive when they feel secure, supported, and understood. Progress happens through consistency, clarity, and compassion - not force or fear.
Here, we move at a pace that feels steady and sustainable, creating space for both structure and flexibility as families find their rhythm.
You don’t need to be perfect. You just need support that feels aligned.

I believe sleep support should feel supportive- not stressful, rigid, or overwhelming. When families are able to rest more peacefully, it creates space for brighter mornings and connected days. Families deserve guidance that respects their child, their values, and the reality of everyday life.
My approach is rooted in connection, flexibility, and understanding. I work alongside parents to help them build sleep habits that feel sustainable and respectful, while also honoring the structure and boundaries that support healthy, restorative sleep.
